For those of you who were not at the Antidote last night, and may wonder why there has been such interest in this blog, the speaker, Graham Jones the Internet Psychologist
( http://www.grahamjones.co.uk/ ) spoke on “How to guarantee website success”.
This included why social media (blogging, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc) are essential for marketing for both large and small businesses. This confirmed the advice that we were given by Gill Keeble of S3 Web Design in Great Yarmouth over a year ago ( http://www.s3webdesign.co.uk/ ).
By using social media we have managed to get the Research Plus+ website ( http://www.research-plus.co.uk ) on page one of Google searches for “Research Norwich” for most of the time.
Graham gave a practical no nonsense presentation on this critical subject. Thanks go to Nial, Roy, Chris and Steve for organising the event ( http://www.theantidotenetwork.co.uk/ ) . Who will they have speaking next month?
Following the advice last night, what have you done today to promote your business using social media?
