Customer Service Week 2010

The countdown has started to the first week in October.

What are you going to be doing for this international week of recognising good customer service?

If you are thinking that you had not heard of it and don’t know what to do, then perhaps you would like to get involved with the Norfolk events.

Firstly Research Plus+ are going to conduct a survey to find out whether you and your organisation are listening to your customers at the moment. We want to know.

If you are doing very little at the moment then you are in the very fortunate position of being able to do more very easily.
